The concept of short-term nature of the products is inherent in our Mediterranean cuisine options. The ingredients of the land that we use vary along the year depending on the season to look for in each dish the essence of the product and thus create a harmonious and elegant menu.
For this spring season, the selected products are white asparagus, peas, leek, celery, potatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, medlars, cherries and pineapple, among others.
All the presentations are made with carefully selected products with high quality and great taste, km0 and with designation of origin.

All three tasting menus can be served with wine pairing and are only available for the entire table.
